Blueberry White Stilton Cheese Review
May 7th, '06

White Stilton is basically a very young Stilton which hasn't been pierced to encourage mold veins. It has a taste very much like sweet, creamy yogurt. Very mild. In fact so mild that it's rarely sold as is. Most White Stilton will have dried fruit in it - Lemon, apricots, cranberries, mango, or (as in the sample we tried) blueberry. All this fruit puts it solidly in the dessert category.

Country: England
Milk: Cow's milk
Texture: Soft and crumbly
Fat content: 45%
Jon Rating: Sweet and delicious
Availability: Common in cheese shops

I already have some recipes planned for this stuff. But it's great to eat all by itself. Piling it on hot baked goods would also be cool.

Oh...hehe, nevermind...here it is! :) OOOOO!! Looks so yummy......gimmie gimme gimmie :0)

I've had the lemon and apricot ones. Yum.
