Smoked Gruyère Cheese Review

I whimped out on the initial Gruyère review. I should have gone to the cheese shop and gotten some fancy Gruyère, but I didn't. I just grabbed some of the smoke stuff from the local mega-mart. And I'm kicking myself now, since this stuff obviously has zero in common with actual Gruyère. It actually tastes more like smoke salmon than cheese.

Oh well. I think for the purposes of the cheese shop skit list this will work just fine. I have indeed tasted "Gruyère".

Having said that, it was quite yummy.
